Retreat Program

Over the course of 3 days, the retreat gives participants a chance to connect with each other in a social environment, further develop their leadership potential, and learn more about themselves and their dual identity.

All participants will be involved in activities to provide them with a greater understanding of themselves, and assist in aligning their character and interests to different leadership styles.  

Participants will also be able to participate in discussions on current social issues and leadership topics, engage in conversation with keynote speakers, and form long lasting friendships through a series of interactive sessions and team building exercises.  

Ramada Resort

Situated an easy two-hour drive from Melbourne and conveniently located in the center of Phillip Island, Ramada Resort is surrounded by native gardens and natural bushland.

The cost of the retreat (including meals, accommodation, and facilities) is included in the fees of the program.

National vietnam vet museum

Located in Veterans Drive (just next to the airfield on the main Phillip Island Road) this volunteer created and run museum is home to a huge collection of artifacts, both large and small, interpreted with information, imagery and audio.
