WHAT IS THE DILP MENTORING PROGRAM?

The Dual Identity Leadership Program is pleased to re-offer the mentoring program to 2022 DILP participants. This program aims to pair DILP participants with experienced, professional and passionate individuals, providing an opportunity to share knowledge and expertise outside the confines of a normal workplace.

DILP is connected to a diverse range of individuals from its alumni as well as affiliated peoples. The program aims to facilitate a strong mentor-mentee relationship, with pairings based on a shared interest such as career prospects, life skills and community-related interests.
